I'm on an Apple device. I am not hearing audio for the app, even though my volume is turned up and I am able to listen to music or movies.
If you are able to hear audio for other apps but not the Little Grasshopper app, or if you are only able to hear the audio through earbuds, please check to see if the "soft mute" setting is selected. This setting blocks audio from some, but not all, apps. To check if it is enabled, go to Settings>Control Center. Open the Control Center. On many devices, you do so by swiping down from the top right edge. If you see an icon of a bell, please verify that it doesn't have a line through it. If it does, tap to deselect this setting.
