Our Story

Little Grasshopper Books launched in 2018 with the goal of helping kids build the skills they need to become successful readers and learners. A wide array of fiction and nonfiction books are tailored to meet kids at various developmental stages, from board books for toddlers to storybooks for beginning readers.

Fresh, vibrant photography in our early learning books attracts kids while teaching first words and common vocabulary. Kids will delight in the large board books and busy scenes of our “I Can Find It!” line, from the colorful scenes found in the whimsical Unicorn Candy Explosion to the big machines highlighted in Zoom Vroom Boom.

For beginning readers, our storybooks pair beautifully illustrated art with beloved classics, Bible favorites, and gentle stories that teach kindness. From tiny board books that are perfect for baby’s bedtime to treasuries of traditional favorites for kids making the leap to independent reading, Little Grasshopper Books helps kids develop reading skills and a love of learning.
